The short movie "Ths Is Your Life" was officially selected by the 20'16 edition of Classical Arts Film Festival, and will be screened on February 13th at 2.30 p.m. (PST) at the Jarvis Conservatory of Napa, California, United States.
Adam is a a modern-day Nabucco, willing to behave like the Almighty: Inventing the lives of people with his profession as a screenwriter. One day he receives a surprising visit from a mysterious man.
The man seeks to awaken faith, compassion and hope in Adam, not to comply with an order, but to make him aware of his mistakes and make him accept his own humanity. The multiple levels of interpretation on which this short movie is built inspires a rereading of the opera “Nabucco”, and it also provides an opportunity to look inward, to examine our own choices, and embrace the freedom to live another life.
The Jarvis Conservatory continues its mission to promote the classical arts to the people of Napa California and the San Francisco Bay Area. The latest benchmark is the three day celebration of International Classical Arts in Film.
